Whatever journey you are on, it’s ok to take some lag time; you have to! It’s important to schedule down time in your daily schedule to keep from burning yourself out. For me personally, my OCD can get the best of me because I don’t want to put down the latest book I am reading, or stop watching the series of seminars I get into in regards to self improvement. With THAT being said, my lag time consists of Game of Thrones! (GOT). This is one of the most incredible shows I have seen on television. I’m super stoked to see the new episode tonight!
